The filing fee for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is $194.00 and the filing fee for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is $209.00.  These filing fees should be paid before you file bankruptcy.  The attorney's fee for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is $1300.00 but this fee does not have to be paid up front.  It is included in your monthly payment to your bankruptcy plan.  The attorney's fee for Chapter 7 Bankrutpcy is $1000.00.  This fee must be paid before filing bankruptcy and can be paid in installments.
