This Firm provides services for residential and commercial real estate closings for first time homebuyers, purchasers, investors, private financers, and refinancers. We perform real estate closings for Durham, Orange, Wake, Chatham, and Alamance Counties. Our goal is to provide quality service and comfort throughout the real estate process. We understand that this is a very important matter and we are here to help you complete this process. Our services consist of performing a title search, obtaining title insurance to provide marketable title to the property, obtaining a survey and pest inspection upon the borrower/buyer request, explaining the loan documents to your understanding, recording the necessary documents to finalize the closing, and being available to provide answers to your questions before, during and after the closing. The negotiable fee for our services start at $550.00. This fee covers the attorney fees, title search and courier fee. There is an additional fee for document preparation, survey, title insurance, pest inspection and other services that may not be included in the standard closing fee. |
